Hi, I’m Lorenzo — an experience designer fascinated by how people, culture, and design shape the way we work.
I started in Industrial Design, then explored UX and Psychology to better understand the “why” behind human behavior. That curiosity has guided me ever since — from co-creating workshops in Milan and Rome to facilitating cultural change programs in Amsterdam and Berlin. Wherever I work, my focus is the same: helping leaders and employees design better ways of working, together.
For me there's a difference between passion and purpose. My passion is design — form, texture, and color. My purpose is creating places and experiences where people can grow, connect, and thrive. I believe design can spark conversations and relationships through space, emotion, and form, and I strive to unify in a world full of divisions.
My projects live at the intersection of employee experience, digital services, and branded environments. In my opinion, design goes beyond aesthetics, it’s about co-creating journeys that empower people, strengthen culture, and bring organizations closer to their people.
I’m endlessly curious, always learning from fields like AI, sustainability, and neuroscience to bring fresh perspectives into my work. At the end of the day, design for me isn’t about deliverables, it’s about sparking alignment, building trust, and turning complex challenges into something human and actionable.
